DBR - The only place for in-house recruiters

We’re a community for in-house recruiters working across the world.

What started out as a few people meeting for a drink on a Monday evening in August 2014, has grown into a regular meet-up, an online community and events series. It's where recruiters share their experiences (good and bad) with each other and discuss the issues we face on a day to day basis to get better at our jobs!

At its heart, DBR is a safe place for in-house recruiters. We share our problems or ideas and get constructive advice on methods and tools peers are using.
